Cancellation Policy

Appointments and changes

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to two hours before its scheduled start. For later changes, please call the salon and we will do our best to help.

Late arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require a shorter service or a new appointment so that the next guest is not kept waiting.

Payments

Unless an advance is shown during booking, payment is due at the salon after your service.
